BBC GOOD FOOD SHOW, OLYMPIA, LONDON. 2007 Encouraged by the growing demand for Orkney's high quality food and drink products, Orkney the Brand is supporting a Taste of Orkney presence at this year's BBC Good Food Show at Olympia by sending six Orkney producers to show off some of their mouth-watering products that aren't yet widely available in shops in the South of England. Cheeses, traditional biscuits, shellfish, seafood, pates, dips, naturally reared beef and lamb products, premium grade sausages and, would you believe, smoked garlic will all be available on the Taste of Orkney stand (F90-96). For connoisseurs of whisky, the sought after Scapa Malt will be available to sample and if you want to know how to shuck a crab, Billy Jolly, one of Orkney‘s best known shellfish merchants, will be showing you how.
The following companies will be sampling and selling their products on the Taste of Orkney stand - Orkney Fishermen's Society, Orkney Fine Foods, Island Smokery, Stockan and Gardens, Orkney's Best, Scapa Whisky. Scapa Whisky Orkney's Best
